Buick comes out on top for the second straight year according to the customers surveyed in the J.D. Powers 2015 U.S. Customer Service Index (CSI).
The study measures service satisfaction among owners and lessees of one to five year old vehicles. The five areas of service focused on in the study are service quality, service initiation, service advisor, service facility, and vehicle pick-up.
