GMC Announces the 2017 Terrain Nightfall Edition

Wow. There are not many other words to describe how sleek the new Terrain Nightfall edition looks, especially if you like the all black everything. Not available until the Fall of 2016, GMC was sure to announce this SUV early as the demand will surely be high. GMC calls the Nightfall "a stylized special edition combining blacked-out exterior details and wheels, with popular technologies such as IntelliLink with available 4G LTE connectivity and Wi-Fi hotspot."

Armed with 18 inch aluminum wheels, gloss black spokes, a charcoal grill with gloss black surround and accents, gloss black front and rear fascia accents, gloss black rear license plate surround trim, and gloss black outside mirrors and black luggage rails, you truly will be the master of the night if you drive this vehicle. It will be offered in four exterior colors-- Summit White, Onyx Black, Graphite Gray Metallic and Crimson Red Metallic-- but I am struggling to find a reason for anyone to get anything but the Onyx Black.

“Building on its best year ever, Terrain continues to attract new and style-conscious customers to GMC,” said Duncan Aldred, vice president of GMC Sales and Marketing. “The new Terrain Nightfall Edition adds another great-looking and well-equipped choice for this popular SUV – one that will stand out in a crowd.”

As one of GMC's highest selling vehicles, it is no surprise that the American auto industry staple has added this new sexy style to the already popular Terrain. It is for a good reason too that this vehicle is so popular. Whether it is the 32 MPG (incredible for an SUV of its stature) or the GMC IntelliLink with a 7-inch-diagonal color touchscreen along with available 4G LTE connectivity and Wi-Fi hotspot, this SUV has something for all tastes. Equipped with only the best technology, safety was made a priority in this Terrain. Safety features include six standard air bags and a standard rear-vision camera. Available active safety features include Rear Cross Traffic Alert, Side Blind Zone Alert, Forward Collision Alert, Lane Departure Warning and Rear Park Assist.
